TG40 System Features

Portable
Know no boundaries in your laboratory with the TG40 System portable temperature controlled microplate. The palm sized TG40 is battery powered when out of the docking station, maintaining the desired temperatures for up to 30 minutes. This assures that samples are not exposed to temperature variations even when moving them around the lab or under a microscope.

Temperature Screening & Ramping
With unique parallel screening TG40 allows the user to utilize different temperatures from 4°C to 60°C to discover the optimum temperature for crystal or cell growth. Note that a single experiment can span a maximum of 20°C. Temperatures can also be ramped up or down automatically with user-set ramp times. TG40 allows up to 4 user-set ramps to be executed automatically.
 

The entire thermal history of your experiment is recorded, even when you move your sample around the lab. Logs can be downloaded for analysis which means experiments can be reproduced time after time. (Click on image to zoom.)

Accuracy
The TG40is accurate to 1.0°C during the entire experiment, thus ensuring reliable temperature control.

SBS Microplate Footprint
It's SBS footprint enables use of the TG40 with other lab instruments such as microscopes and most of the robotic liquid dispensing systems.

Disposable Inserts
T-GRID uses high optical quality disposable COC inserts, eliminating cross-contamination.
