Executive Director: Dr Gabriela Juárez-Martínez
Gabriela has worked in protein crystallisation for more than 10 years and is responsible for investigating new opportunities and making sure that our products suit the needs of our clients. In 2002 she was awarded the Enterprise Fellowship from the Royal Society of Edinburgh and Scottish Enterprise to investigate the commercial potential of novel thermal micro-systems for improving the protein crystallisation practice. In July 2003 she founded Centeo Biosciences Ltd and obtained the first funding round for the Company.

Executive Director: Dr Philipp Steinmann
Philipp has been responsible for turning the initial product concept into a marketable product. Philipp has in-depth technical knowledge of the product and has overcome the technical challenges to bring the TG40 to market. He holds a master degree in Physics and Electronic Engineering and a PhD in Nanoelectronics from the University of Glasgow.

Non-Executive Chairman: Jim Hall
Jim brings a wealth of experience in corporate governance, operations and marketing to the team here at Centeo, he is currently CEO of Wideblue Ltd. Prior to this Jim was Managing Director of the Scottish Operation of Polaroid Ltd, managing approximately 300 people with an operating budget in excess of $80 million.

Non-Executive Director: Geoff Bush
Being a successful entrepreneur and an investor, Geoff has been involved in a number of technology companies such as Sonarvision Ltd and Mixipip Ltd. With a background in Economics and many years of experience working with SMEs, Geoff brings to Centeo hands-on and analytical business management advice.
